<h4>Are you being offered guarantees on the timescale of
the project together with costs?</h4>
<h4>Will the web design company provide full
documentation for the HTML code?</h4>
<h4>Will you be provided with a complete archive of all
the images and other media files used on the site?</h4>
<h4>Will their be ongoing maintenance and technical
support, and over what time period? Is this provided for
within the cost of the project or is this extra?</h4>
<h4>Is the promotion of the site, inclusion on major
search engines etc, also built into the cost of the site
or again is this extra?</h4>
<h4>If the site relies on cgi scripts are these only
available on the web designers server or will they work
on another companies server?</h4>
<h4>Web-space will be absolutely clear on any of these
points for the peace of mind of both parties.</h4>
