founded the organisation in 1997 having worked in a range of industries including
aerospace, shipbuilding and oilrig construction, brewing and food manufacture.
He spent ten years at board level as HR Director in a major Scottish food
company and had responsibility for Procurement and IT in his last position.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"> Steve has a BA and MBA from Strathclyde
University. His particular strengths are in facilitation and transition work.
He specialises in helping people in organisations increase their ability to
deal effectively with ever increasing change. He works internationally.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Steve is an expert negotiator and
has in depth experience of employee relations issues. </font></p>
