<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Choose <strong>Tools
| E-mail Accounts</strong><strong><br>

<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Click on <em>Add
a new e-mail account </em>radio button and then click
the <strong>Next</strong> button</font><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">.</font></p>

radio button then click the Next button.</font></p>

<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Enter the mail
account name in the Your Name field. Usually this will
be your full name e.g.<em>Tom Lewis</em>. Don't just enter
Tom or recipients won't know which Tom the email is from.
For generic email addresses (like sales@) enter the full
email address here, e.g. sales@yourdomain.co.uk. </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">In the E-mail
address field enter the actual email address to be used.
This must start with an identifier made of normal characters
and dots and must end in @ followed by your domain name. </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">In the Incomming
Mail Server (POP3) field enter <em>mail.itpartnership.com</em>.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Similarly in the
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) field enter <em>mail.itpartnership.com</em>.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">In the User Name
field enter your full email address; i.e. in this case
you would enter <em>tom@yourdomain.co.uk</em>. <b><font color="#FF6600">Don't omit
the <em>@yourdomain.co.uk.</em></font><em> </em></b></font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">In the Password
field enter your password. We often set this to <em>123</em>.
Make sure there is a tick in the <em>Remember Password</em><strong> </strong>tick
box. </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Click the <strong>More
Settings </strong>button. </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Change the first
field on the <strong>General</strong> tab from <em>mail.itpartnerhip.com</em> to
the mail account name, <em>Tom Lewis </em>in this case </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Then click on
the <strong>Outgoing Server</strong> tab, and put a tick
in the <em>My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication </em>field,
as shown below. Leave the dot in the <em>Use same settings
as my incomming mail server </em>radio button.</font></p>

<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Click on the <strong>Connection </strong>tab
if you need to setup how this email account connects to
the Internet.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Click <strong>OK </strong>to
save your changes and return to the E-mail Accounts wizard,
then click <strong>Next </strong>and <strong>Finish </strong>to
return to the Outlook 2002 main screen. Now you can send
and receive emails using the new mail account.</font></p>
