<LI>Grab the pinion gear with needle nose pliers</LI>
<LI>Rest the end of the motor shaft on the point of the pushpin and push down</LI>
<LI>If the pliers slip on the pinion gear, place the jaws of the needle nose pliers on top of the gear in the space between the motor and the gear.</LI></OL>
