users it impacted, then started fixing them in order.

Uploading a video: 25% faster*
Videos uploading used to queue in single file. Now, they process
simultaneously, and each one appears in your library as soon as it's ready.
Loading the homepage: 41% faster*
Previously, Vimeo loaded everything on a page at once, regardless of
importance. Now, the content you came to see loads first, and everything
else runs after.
Searching in a folder: 23% faster*
For large libraries, the old search was scanning everything on every query.
So we rebuilt it to pull from a smaller, purpose-built database instead.
That means you get better results, faster.
Across the board, Vimeo is now up to 1.7x faster.*
And these are only early results. Over the next few months, we're continuing
to speed up pages all through the product.
