Jamal Ayton-Brown's experience of diversity in the startup community has=

Whilst he's glad conversations are happening and changes are being made to=
increase diversity=2C particularly in light of Black Lives Matter=2C what=
really matters is lasting change.
"What I'm interested to see is if=2C in five years=2C it's going to have a=
n effect and be a long-term thing."
In the interview=2C Jamal Ramsay speaks openly about what it feels like to=
be an ethnic minority at a business networking event.
"In those spaces=2C people seem to gravitate towards what they know and wh=
