Dear Matthieu,
Thank you for this, it all sounds very interesting.
I have a few observations and questions.
Firstly, all my work that is currently in the public domain is licenced to
the company that sells or displays it. It also conforms to my usual 5-minute
endless loop format. This means that none of those works can be used for
your project.
However, I have many unpublished images and “works in progress” that I could
adapt to your 2-minute, blank leader format. I also have many “still” works
that might also be suitable. Let me know if I should proceed in preparing
these works.
There is no reference to financial payments for the work. Please can you
fully clarify your intended payment methods and fee structures.
I won’t start working on a series of collections for Art & Jet until I hear
from you.

Dear Enzo,
Following our last emails, I'm glad to confirm that we reached an agreement
with the media company PJM PLC to display the artwork compilations as soon
as possible in business aviation terminals throughout the world!
On one hand :
As promised, you'll find attached a proposed contract to cover this
campaign. It should answer most of your questions and address the technical
details of the compilations.
We would appreciate your questions / comments if any, in order to finalize a
common contract for all artists within 10 days from today, for a target
signature and supply of the artwork compilation(s) on March 18th, if that
matches your schedule, and display in the Terminals a few days later.
On the other hand :
The last discussions with PJM and all the involved artists led us to think
that we should use, right from the start, the full commercial potential of
this campaign.
To do so, and to keep the process as simple as possible for you, we are
considering to propose for sale / download the very same compilations
(without the Art&Jet advertising obviously) through our website
www.artnjet.com <http://www.artnjet.com/> .
The objective being that each customer could download the pieces he likes,
and build his very own compilation. The sale price would be at your
discretion + an Art&Jet commission (all to be defined, let us know what
you'd have in mind for your compilations). Details of the final customer
licence are still to be discussed, but we consider a straight-forward "per
vehicle, non-commercial" licence.
Let us know what you think, as we are drafting a separate contract for this
activity only.
