Dear Ms Dosanjh,
Thank you for calling me back.
The property is 2,3, 4 &, 4b Tiddington Road, Stratford-Upon-Avon CV37
7AE.
According to HM Land Registry Title number WK365770 it is owned by the
BANK OF SCOTLAND PLC (Scot. Co. Regn. No.
SC327000) of The Mound, Edinburgh EH1 1YZ.
At the moment it is uninhabited and in a very sorry state.
I represent an organisation called Arts Rising Collective, a group of
professional artists living and working in the Warwickshire area.
Our proposal is that we resurrect the property as studio and exhibition
space, we bring it up to a more habitable condition using our own finances
and grants from the local bodies. We operate it for as long as you will
allow us and prevent the building from becoming totally derelict.
