WE'VE LAUNCHED AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS =F0=9F=9A=80
We are so delighted to announce that we have launched automatic payments f=
or the royalties collected on your exhibitions! We have been developing th=
is feature for the past few months to ensure that calculations on your Cop=
yright Notices are more accurate=2C and that you can be paid on time. Up u=
ntil now=2C we have been calculating the royalties and sending out Copyrig=
ht Notices (and then signing them!) manually. =F0=9F=A5=B5 With this new d=
evelopment=2C everything will be automated and you can receive your paymen=
ts in a much more timely manner. =F0=9F=A5=B3
How does it work?
At the end of each trimester=2C you will receive an email from YouSign wit=
h a copy of your Copyright Notice that includes your exhibitions from the=
past few months=2C and the amount of royalties that are due to be paid to=
you. Click through this email=2C and you will be able to sign your Copyri=
ght Notice. This document will be automatically sent back to us via YouSig=
n. Once you have signed the Copyright Notice=2C we will send you the royal=
ty amount listed on the document via Paypal. For now=2C this process will=
take a few days=2C as we test and roll out payment automatisation. Eventu=
ally=2C this process will be 100% automatic and you should receive your pa=
yment only a few minutes after you have signed the Copyright Notice via Yo=
uSign.
What if I don't have Paypal?
If you are one of the few artists who does not receive payments via Paypal=
(due to the fact that you are based in France=2C or your country does not=
support Paypal)=2C we have to send the payment manually and the automatic=
payment process does not apply.
