Good afternoon Vince

I am not sure if you received my email with regard to some potential dates
for you to hire the hall.  Are there any dates you would like me to pencil
in for you?

Following our AGM a couple of nights ago, we are following up with our
insurance company as to exactly what the implications are with regard to
candles, as obviously this is something that is used for birthday parties
as well so we want to be completely clear about it.

I will keep you up to date and look forward to hearing from you.
