Changes to Terms: Removal of previous section 9.7
Failed payment charge
We=E2=80=99re no longer charging a fee for a failed payment. This means that there won=E2=80=99t be a charge for things like a failed direct debit. But if you miss your payment or the payment is late, we=E2=80=99ll still have to charge a late payment fee.

Payment allocation
We=E2=80=99ve made it easier to manage repayments when you have instalment plans set up. Each month, your Requested Payment is made up of your Minimum Payment plus the amount you need to pay to keep any instalment plans on track.
If you send us more than your Requested Payment, this will now go toward any new transactions that are yet to show on your statement before going to any instalment plan as an overpayment.
Just so you know, if you do pay more than your Requested Payment, promotional balances (including 0% interest rate promotions) may be repaid more quickly than instalment plan balances (that may have monthly fees). Ending your agreement

This doesn't impact the situations where we can end the agreement immediately.
