Bev and I are booked onto the March 23rd meeting. Not sure about Selby and =
Enzo yet. I am sure we all join you at the Loxley Road event as it will be =
great to meet other local artists and pick up tips from previous exhibitors=
 as this is the first WOS for us four.

 Hello, Stratford area artists!
We=E2=80=99ve booked a full page in the brochure for our area trail map - e=
ssential to drive visitors to our area and your venue.In total we have 23 v=
enues in the Stratford area, which is fantastic.
This year Eric is designing all the area maps in the brochure for consisten=
cy. Each venue will have a code number on the map (not names) and this will=
 link to your venue/artist information in the brochure, making it easy for =
visitors to plan their route.
The total cost is =C2=A3240 and we=E2=80=99ve divided this up so that each =
venue/code number will pay =C2=A310.50, assuming each venue participates.=
=C2=A0
Please would the lead artist from each venue let us know by Feb 15th if you=
r venue wants to be included in the map. No need for everyone to reply indi=
vidually unless, of course, you are an individual artist!=C2=A0
In the meantime, don=E2=80=99t=C2=A0forget the hugely helpful marketing wor=
kshop on March 23 at which you can learn how to have a successful event, ev=
en if you=E2=80=99ve done Open Studios before. It=E2=80=99s a fun evening r=
un along the lines of speed dating (don=E2=80=99t get excited) where small =
groups move around the room gleaning knowledge from the experts. Tickets ar=

And finally, nearer to June we=E2=80=99ll have a pre-Open Studios gathering=

e printed advertising your personal event. We can all help promote each oth=
er by sharing these with visitors. Details to follow.
