We recently contacted you to let you know we=E2=80=99ll be switching off
Online Service on 31 January 2021. The quickest and easiest way
to manage your card is now the Virgin Money Credit Card app.

You=E2=80=99ll need to download the
Virgin Money Credit Card app to make sure you can manage your
card whenever and wherever you want to. It takes just a couple of
minutes and it=E2=80=99s really easy to do:
1. Grab your device and credit
card
2. Download the app
3. Register your card details
and set up security

Unfortunately, additional
cardholders can=E2=80=99t access the app but can use their card and
telephone banking as normal. If they forget their PIN or need a
new one, simply call 0800 011 3210* and choose option six.

If you have more than one card
------------------------------
Right now you can only manage one
card in the app. We=E2=80=99d suggest you register your main card, and
keep managing your other one in Online Service for the time
being. We=E2=80=99re working on a new feature to allow you to have more
than one card in the app and we=E2=80=99ll let you know when this is
ready to go.

Open banking
------------
If you use Online Service to
allow other organisations (sometimes called Third Party
Providers) access to your account, just follow the provider=E2=80=99s
instructions the next time they ask for permission. You=E2=80=99ll need
to do this using the device which has the Virgin Money Credit
Card app. Additional cardholders won=E2=80=99t be able to do this.
