Hi Craig,



I have now taken delivery of one of your screens and I now understand the i=
ssue with displaying moving art works. The picture quality is fantastic but=
 it really struggles with anything over a certain size / bitrate. It also t=
akes a very long time to upload larger files.



When I exhibit my work I use a Raspberry Pi 4. The Pi has no problem at all=
 displaying very large video files and loops instantly so there is no gap b=
etween the end of a file and the start, making it look continuous.



Do you think you will be able to get moving images to work?



I have had a few thoughts about making work designed for your platform. I w=
ould produce much shorter loops to reduce the file size and use much reduce=
d image complexity to lessen the bitrate.

Please let me know if this is of interest to you.



I am very aware that other platforms similar to yours are making big advanc=
es into moving images, I will do all I can to help you in that area.
