Dear founder=2C

2022 continues to present challenges for all of us=2C and running a small=
 business at the moment asks a lot of its founders. I know how hard you=E2=
=80=99re all working to ensure that you=E2=80=99re able to head into next=
 year positively=2C so I wanted to be in touch with you all to offer my wo=
rds of support.

We=E2=80=99ve all faced these difficult times together=2C and as a communi=
ty emerge from each challenge stronger and more resilient than before=2C a=
nd I=E2=80=99m incredibly proud to see what you continue to achieve in the=
 face of adversity.

Seeing founders start-up and thrive is what motivates every one of us at V=
irgin StartUp each and every day.

In light of the sad news of Her Majesty The Queen=E2=80=99s passing=2C we=
 have all been asking ourselves how best to standby the founders that we s=
upport=2C whilst showing our respect to a much-loved monarch who has done=
 so much for this country.

I'm writing today to reassure you all that we are still here to support fo=
unders during this time and are on hand to answer any question that you ma=
y have.

Whilst we have taken the decision to close our office on Monday in respect=
 of the State Funeral of Her Majesty The Queen=2C we will continue to prov=
ide our community with support during the period of national mourning.
