Hi yes there can be a fifth element to ensure the Legendaries are unique.
As an overview, the system contains a provably random allocation of
editions. Legendaries offer the opportunity to create something entirely
unique as well as animation capabilities with mp4 within the collection.
Many artists have utilized this to create ultra-rare editions that feature
animation. You don't need to have Legendaries in your allocation at all. If
this is an issue for you I would simply just remove your Legendary editions
entirely.
