My name is Jade and I recently joined the ARTPOINT team as artists contact .
Today, we want to give voice to the artists we work with by allowing them to
explain their artistic approach to our clients who are all eager to learn
more about their inspirations.
As part of this project, I offer you to make a short video of about 1min in
which you talk about your work through a specific angle. For example, it
might be interesting to develop how you sometimes introduce optical
illusions in your artworks. This video will be shared with our clients as
well as on our social media and we are convinced that it will help us to
promote your works more and more !
If you are interested, here are some tips to film you video:
* Film yourself in a well-lit room, and make sure that the source of light
is facing you, without being too bright and overbearing.
* You can use your phone to film the video. Place it down on a sturdy
support vertically (we will be making videos in a portrait format) and film
yourself in ‘selfie’ mode.
* Think about your surroundings and the background in your video. Your
studio is the perfect location to film, so that we can get a better idea of
your working environment. If you prefer not to reveal your interior space,
use a light-colored wall as the backdrop to your video.
* Be careful to respect these «instructions» so that the different videos
have the same format and resolution.
