I have been offered £700 for a 52 week lease of the art work.
Please let me know by how much my fee will now be reduced.
I will instruct them to contact you for the rights, however, in no way
questioning your negotiation skills, I have been talking to these people for
months and I would really hate for this to fail after I finally have a firm
commitment.

don't hold your payment details—Stripe does on our behalf. Currently, your
account in Stripe is linked to the Royal Bank of Scotland, ending with 6290.
To update this, please enable two-factor authentication on your account HERE

Then, select the "Payout methods" sub-tab (it won't be grayed out after you
enable 2FA) to be redirected to Stripe, where you can change your payout
method.
2) On the topic of licensing, it's exciting to hear about the interest in
displaying your work in business lobbies. We recognize the importance of
these opportunities as a new income stream for you. As a matter of fact, we’re
ourselves actively expanding our licensing efforts, having recently secured
public commissions and annual displays for several artists. In 2024, we plan
to grow this business area significantly.
