We want to let you know about a new Getty Images e‑commerce subscription,
which customers can ‘self‑serve’ without assistance from our sales team. It’s
an annual subscription, initially available with an allowance of 10
downloads per month / 120 downloads per year.
Who is it for?
It is designed to attract new individual customers who have an ongoing need
for multiple images, but who do not need the high volumes provided by
Premium Access.
What content is included?
Customers can choose between two versions of the subscription, both of which
have the same 10 downloads per month / 120 downloads per year allowance:

The product is priced to attract new customers and drive increased
downloads, growing revenue and royalties. As a guide, launch pricing in the
U.S. will be $2,699 annually for the Creative version and $1,999 annually
for the Editorial version. The subscription is rolling out gradually in

What else is changing?
To simplify the customer experience for single image downloads on
Gettyimages.com, we will be moving to a single price, with access to
download small, medium and large files. UltraPacks will continue to be sold,
as will Premium Access (via our sales team).
How will royalties be reported and paid?
Licences will be reported on your monthly Royalty Statements under a new
Product Type of ‘Getty Images Subscription’, paid as usual with your Getty
Images royalty rate.
