Many of you have been sharing your concerns about how the pandemic is affec=
ting you financially. If you=E2=80=99ve been impacted, there are a number o=
f ways we could help.

For our overdraft customers, we=E2=80=99re keeping overdraft interest at th=
eir current rates and we=E2=80=99ve removed all overdraft fees and charges =
until 14th July, so you=E2=80=99ll pay less. You can also request up to =C2=
=A3500 interest free on an existing arranged overdraft for three months to =
support you in the short term.
<br><br>
Credit card customers won=E2=80=99t be charged a late payment fee until 30t=
h June. If you have a credit card and are finding it difficult to make your=
usual monthly payment, then you could pay the minimum instead. If you can=
=E2=80=99t make the minimum payment, then we could provide a credit card pa=
yment break without impacting your credit score. This would mean that for t=
hree months, you will only pay =C2=A31 per month.

Similarly, if you=E2=80=99re finding it difficult to make your monthly loan=
repayments, then you can ask for a three month loan repayment deferral wit=
hout impacting your credit score.

As previously announced, if you=E2=80=99re a Royal Bank mortgage customer a=
nd your finances have been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, you could =
get a mortgage payment holiday of up to three months.

Every one of us is indebted to the courageous and dedicated NHS staff and o=

e line to support all our NHS customers. This is in addition to our new num=

We=E2=80=99ll match up to =C2=A35 million in cash and Rewards donations, co=
ntributing to a total donation of up to =C2=A310 million, until the 30th Ju=
ne 2020. This money will be used by local charities to support people who a=
re going through hardship because of the coronavirus outbreak in the UK.

As of 30th April, together we have raised =C2=A33.2 million for this worthw=
hile cause. I=E2=80=99d like to thank every one of our customers and collea=
gues who have kindly donated to this appeal.

From the 30th March until 14th July, we=E2=80=99re keeping overdraft intere=
st at current rates and we=E2=80=99ve removed all overdraft fees and charge=
s so all customers will pay less. You don=E2=80=99t need to get in touch, w=
e will do this automatically.

Please note if you have an overdraft, most customers will pay Representativ=
e 19.89% APR (variable) for that period, rather than our standard rate =
of Representative 39.49% APR (variable).
Black and Reward Black customers will remain at Representative 14.89% A=
PR (variable), rather than moving to Representative 19.49% APR (variab=
le).

A higher interest rate may still be shown on your statements and correspond=
ence, but this won=E2=80=99t come into effect until 14th July. This does no=
t change your agreed terms and conditions.

Also you can request =C2=A3500 interest free on your existing arranged over=
