Hi everyone, If you=E2=80=99ve noticed things have been quiet on this newsl=
etter over the last few months, there=E2=80=99s a good reason for it! A num=
ber of circumstances - both personal and professional - have come together =
leading to us deciding to make a significant transition: We had to draw our=
 own line in the sand. After 15+ years based near Stratford-upon-Avon, we=
=E2=80=99re closing the doors to our physical studio/consulting rooms, movi=
ng our home and switching our children=E2=80=99s education arrangements to =
a blend of online/home schooling=E2=80=A6 We=E2=80=99re moving our entire o=
peration to the North Cornwall coast and are creating the next evolution of=
 what we do professionally; something even more human, focused, and impactf=
ul. And at the same time re-design our own lifestyle as a family to be tota=
lly aligned with our values=E2=80=A6 So it=E2=80=99s fair to say we=E2=80=
=99ve had a lot going on behind the scenes!!!=C2=A0 What=E2=80=99s Coming W=
e are finalising the launch of The Cornwall Immersions - private, 1-on-1 =
=E2=80=9CImmersions=E2=80=9D: A health, energy and vitality re-design speci=
fically for leaders navigating an exit, a step-back, or a major transition,=
 who need a proper =E2=80=9Ccircuit breaker=E2=80=9D and a reset.=C2=A0 It=
=E2=80=99s for those ready for a fundamental shift in their identity so tha=
t they can take full advantage of the freedom they=E2=80=99ve built for the=
 next phase of their lives. What=E2=80=99s Staying the Same Our core focus =
hasn't changed. We are still obsessed with cutting through the noise of bio=
hacks, quick fixes, and generic health, fitness and performance advice. Lik=
e many of us over the last few years much of our work has shifted to online=
 or hybrid delivery so we=E2=80=99re still here to help you integrate prope=
r movement, nutrition, sleep, and nervous system recovery into real-world l=
ife.=C2=A0 We=E2=80=99re also continuing our health/performance/wellbeing c=
onsulting and fractional work with organisations. Starting next week, this =
newsletter will be back to a regular fortnightly rhythm. We=E2=80=99ll be b=
reaking down the exact frameworks, logic, and data required to build a phys=
ical foundation and a lifestyle that supports whatever you want to do for t=
he next thirty years - and makes it come naturally. Thanks for sticking wit=
