rly in August.=C2=A0
As a reminder, the Allotment Rules state:-
As a guide=C2=A0the Association considers that 50% of the plot should be pr=
operly cultivated within the first year of the license and that 75% should =
be cultivated by the end of the second year and thereafter, with the remain=
der of the plot being well managed and weed free.
