ow open=2C and the checker has been updated to reflect this year's criteri=
a.

To be clear=2C this is our own privately funded scheme rather than a gover=
nment grant=2C which is why it is open to working homeowners as well as th=
ose on benefits. If your windows or doors are more than five years old=2C=
 you may qualify for new ones with no upfront cost.
