Will you talk to Darren in the morning please Ryan has been there 12 weeks n=
ow so if they are not taking him on he will have to be paid the same as the g=
uys and same holiday and we will have to offer him a pension if he does not w=
ant the pension then there will be no charge, I will have a look at his form=
 tomorrow to see if he opted out. Think David started about the same time.
