Position Description:
Key Responsibilities ¿ Supervise Cycle Count programme to reconcile 
system stocks on CMMS3 within strict FM guidelines. ¿ Maintain CMMS3 
integrity with regard to `Commodity codes¿ and Cycle checker codes¿. ¿ 
Investigate causes of `Out of Tolerance¿ adjustments and inform relevant 
areas of issues, as required. ¿ Maintain departmental records and filing 
systems as supporting evidence for auditors. ¿ Produce monthly PI 
brochure and drive actions and improvement activities with syncreon ¿ 
Perform CMMS3 to AOS (syncreon warehouse system) reconciliation ¿ Report 
inventory levels and produce Datamart reports as required ¿ Support part 
changes and model year programs in order to ensure a smooth transition 
and minimise obsolescence. ¿ Investigate and resolve supplier delivery 
discrepancies and claims ¿ Support and work with the team to achieve its 
targets. ¿ Carry out ad hoc requests as required..
Skills Required:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: 1)Experience in a Stock control enviroment 
2)Knowledge of Logistics practices - Preferably with an automotive arena 
3)Experience of SAP
Skills Preferred:
N/A
Experience Required:
Qualifications not a prerequisite. Ideally experience in a Stock 
control enviroment using SAP.
Experience Preferred:
Working knowledge of Logisitcs principles. Ideally experience within an 
SAP enviroment Excellent attention to detail Good working knowledge of 
Microsoft applications - Excel a must. Be able to work as part of a 
team.
