Please can you request more information on the following feedback?

NANCY DEAKINS order no 30732 Feedback: Decline candidate - skills set 
not suitable for role.

Nancy saw Tina Martin for an interview on Monday 3rd April.  Nancy's 
feedback to me was that she spent almost 2 hours at Whitley in the 
interview and she felt that the meeting went well.  Please can the 
manager explain why Nancy's skills are not suitable for the role?
