As per our conversation, please find details of the Senior Buyer - 
Facility Management role within the Non Production Purchasing department 
at JLR (order number 31708) paying £25.43per hour LTD.  The hours of 
work are 40 per week.

This role involves the purchasing of Facilities Management and Site 
Services to support JLR UK manufacturing and non-manufacturing site 
requirements. The successful applicant will manage numerous stakeholders 
to develop Facilities Management requirements and lead procurement 
strategies that deliver value for money and fit for purpose solutions. 
There will be a mixture of tactical and strategic purchasing activities.
Skills Required:
Key Responsibilities Manage numerous stakeholders and determine best 
fit procurement route for site services Lead a varied stakeholder group 
in developing strategic activities which form Strategic Category Plans 
(SCPs) Develop and lead multiple contract negotiations to support 
delivery of site services requirements Develop an Integrated Facilities 
Management (IFM) solution to meet the demands of JLR growth plans 
Develop the optimal supply base consistent with the SCP content Manage 
supplier relationships and supplier performance Deliver annual value 
added savings Engage closely with key stakeholders to maximise 
Purchasing influence and ensure alignment with Purchasing processes and 
policy

Experience Required:
Skills, experience and qualifications required ¿ Strong buying and 
negotiating expertise ¿ Strong sense of `business acumen¿ and analytical 
skills ¿ Experience in supplier management ¿ Strong leadership and 
influencing skills ¿ Excellent stakeholder management and relationship 
management skills and experience An excellent negotiator with a proven 
track record of successful commercial negotiations Project management 
skills with ability to manage and execute complex projects on time and 
in budget Proven track record in a purchasing or other commercial 
negotiating environment Broad Purchasing experience essential, a 
background in facilities management procurement would be an advantage 
Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse at all 
levels of the organisation and with external suppliers/customers Ability 
to be highly organised with continual focus on attention to detail 
Experience of dealing with global companies with high value revenue is 
desired A commercial understanding of terms and conditions and ability 
to negotiate them (with the support of OGC) Driving licence required
