Position Description:
JOB TITLE: Delivery Manager JLR's UK National Sales Company is looking 
for a Digital Project Delivery Manager to be responsible for the running 
and successful delivery of a number of key strategic digital projects 
within CRM and Digital Innovation. This role will help to deliver 
projects that create a clear step change in customer¿s experience of 
JLR.
Skills Required:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: 1)Experience of successful setting up and 
managing delivery of large scale, blue chip projects. 2)Ability to 
collect, manage, translate (from business need to technical 
requirements) and prioritise competing interests from stakeholders 
throughout a complex business. 3)Ability to understand business needs 
and to take responsibility for key decisions to maximise business 
benefit.
Skills Preferred:
N/A
Experience Required:
A digital subject matter expert (preferably on automotive products) 
History of delivering successful digital projects using project 
management methodologies Direct knowledge and Experience of the Agile 
process Project Management Experience including prioritisation and 
business scoring methodologies. Proactively initiate, develop and 
maintain effective working relationships, with both internal teams and 
with partner agencies. Experience of Vendor Management Demonstrate 
experience of giving personal commitment, leadership and involvement in 
delivery of a project or programme. Ability to problem solve under 
pressure and during time sensitive projects.
Experience Preferred:
Digital experience and/or experience of transforming businesses through 
digital, physical and data transformation. Automotive transformation 
experience.
