Position Description:

TKhe Role The role of the JLR Digital Project Manager is an important

management role within the digital projects team. The Digital Project

Manager is generally assigned the critical, objective driven projects

that require setting direction for the Jaguar Land Rover business and

working autonomously with all NSCs for roll outs of large programs of

work. The individual has a high level of autonomy for working and

guiding senior business stakeholders (LL6 - LL4 level) in multiple

departments, in order to enable digital experiences that can match 
their

vision. In the past this has included items such as High Definition

Configurators for retailers through to aligning social media reporting

and publishing toolsets. The role is varied and requires a specialist

digital skill set to be able to instigate and deliver these projects to

some rigorous deadlines.

Skills Required:

3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: 1)Strong Digital Project Management experience

working across major platform builds 2)Strong stakeholder management 
and

governance in complex corporate environemtns 3)Comprehensive change

management experience across orgnaisations with global and local

functions

Skills Preferred:

Core responsibilities: - Ownership of delivery of the more high level

digital projects as dictated by the digital strategy / global 
colleagues

¿ usually global programs that require complete NSC alignment and roll

out - Scoping creation of project and aligning organisation around

project charters, project plans and budget - Building strong

relationships with Markets and departmental stakeholders to ensure

strategic alignment is strong - Managing budgets and regular finance

reporting - Where needed acting as product owner and making day to day

decisions around the digital product and solution to be delivered -

Ownership and management of project budgets, sometimes in the £millions

for substantial projects - Management of core agency staff on a daily

basis to enable the creation and management of projects where relevant

Hosting, Chairing and Minuting associated project steering committee¿s

with senior stakeholders and general status meetings - Weekly reporting

of digital team enhancement progress used in JLR management reports -

Working closely with the markets to help cascade big infrastructure

changes / bespoke devel

Experience Required:

"Skills / Experience / Qualifications required: - Passion for Marketing

and digital marketing specifically - Appreciation of the Jaguar Land

Rover business and knowledge of its core products - Strong project

management skills - The ability to work autonomously - The ability to

lead agency teams and be seen as a credible leader is essential -

Ability to work alongside agency and internal teams, understanding of

differing points of view and being an enabler in getting things done -

Ability to interact and present to senior business stakeholders - 
Strong

communication skills, verbal and written - Understand process driven

ways of working in order to achieve positive outcomes - Organised, able

to prioritise workload, balancing multiple projects - Have a passion 
for
