If your company directors are also people with significant control (PSCs) o=
f the company, they only need to verify their identity once =E2=80=93 but y=
ou must provide their personal code twice, once in their role as a director=
and once as a PSC.
After you=E2=80=99ve included the personal codes of all directors on your c=
ompany=E2=80=99s confirmation statement, you must then provide the codes ag=
ain for their PSC roles using the Provide identity verification details for=

Before providing personal codes, make sure the details we hold for your com=
pany officers (such as dates of birth) are correct.
If the details are not correct or they do not match the information used to=
verify their identity, you must update the register to make sure all direc=
tors and PSCs can link their verified identity to their company role(s).
If the wrong date of birth has been provided to Companies House for a direc=
tor or person with significant control, they will not be able to complete i=
dentity verification until it has been corrected.
