Once you move to etips from 06/09/21, I will no longer be controlling the
account, this will be handled from our Head Office in Knutsford.
You will be receiving a Payment next week for Cycle 202116 and for Cycles
202117 & 202118 as per the current Invoice Schedule when they become due.
We will continue to make the Payments up to Cycle 202118, so anything billed
up to 05/09/21, will be processed and paid by us in the Colchester office.
Anything invoiced for time worked from 06/09/21 will be processed by the
Knutsford office.
I believe the payments terms have changed to 60 days, but billing is also
changing to weekly, so although there will be an initial delay in the first
payment coming through, once this is paid, you should be receiving funds on
a weekly basis.
I’m sure you will have been provided with a contact if you have any further

Can you help. As you know the new Etips system is supposed to start from
Next Monday and we’ve just had a new contract to sign.
How will this effect payments? will we still be getting paid every other
Thursday or have we now got to wait 60 days until we are paid even though we
are in arears.
Will we get a payment next week?
