It works as a guideline. We aim to make £2 per hour on temps.
The chart breaks all the costs down.
Hourly rate far left column
Yellow is how much it cost us to pay the temp which includes Ne holiday at
12.07% ( this should be raised to 15.5% for jlr and mondelez
Red is what we should be aiming to make. Anything to the right of the red is
a bonus.
