We have re-calculated holiday based on shift hours which entitles you to
another £86 which I was unaware of. I will have to re-employ you and
produce another p45
Not sure why they are getting £13.92. The agency rate does not work out
correct. I can only presume that they have there holiday in with the pay
rate which can be classed by the inland revenue as not permitted.
The rate we have from Tui £11.79
