Hi Bob,

Since the hike, the trend has been clear. A UK business audits their team and=
realises half the seats are on non-billing work like admin, sourcing, compli=
ance and support. So they move that work to Cape Town, LATAM, the Philippines=
or India at less than half the cost, and push their UK people onto the billi=
ng side of the business.

Same headcount spend, more revenue-generating work in-country.

Happy to walk through how that split would look for your team.

Thanks,
Sophie Smith
