The reference on the bacs for banks does not allow enough space to put all
the information that you wish.
I generally put the week commencing as per your Invoice ( If I have one) and
your invoice number pertaining to that week. For example.

Hi Sue - thanks for clarifying and not something I have come across in my
many years of contracting for banks, however I assume this is a specific
arrangement MDLZ and it‘s suppliers have agreed. Great business model for
you chaps!
For my records, outside of the arrangement to bill work done, are there any
other services that are included as part of this arrangement?
Can you please send me a copy of the contract so I can sign and send back
for my/your records.
One last thing, can you please make sure for 2023, a reference for all
payments made is included in the bank transfer that shows what week the
payment is related to e.g. WK1 ( 02-01-23 to 08-01-23) …….etc. If an invoice
includes multiple weeks, include the start and end weeks for reference. This
will make it far easier to reconsider payments.

candidate is given to us, its is the same with any agency that is on the
approval list. The rate that has been agreed with both Magnit/Mondelez is
correct and the break down agreed prior to the renewal.

Before I sign any new contract I want to understand what the agency (Sarah
Harvey) are taking as fees. As you are aware Sarah Harvey were not
originally involved in sourcing my skills for this role and have not been
involved in any agreement on contract extensions/renewals or renegotiation
of rates to date. At the time the original contract was secured Sarah Harvey
were suggested as one of a few preferred agencies to work through. The fees
to date have not been challenged and have remained static on my part,
however the primary service being provided by Sarah Harvey has been as an
interim to invoice services being provided. So I want to make sure the
charges being made by Sarah Harvey are appropriate for the services being
provided by Sarah Harvey. Happy to discuss this matter over a call.

original contract was secured Sarah Harvey were suggested as one of a =
few preferred agencies to work through. The fees to date have not been =
challenged and have remained static on my part, however the primary =
service being provided by Sarah Harvey has been as an interim to invoice =
services being provided. So I want to make sure the charges being made =
by Sarah Harvey are appropriate for the services being provided by Sarah =
Harvey. Happy to discuss this matter over a =
