Did you see my following reply from last Friday:
It must be an issue with the laptop or the email software running on it.
Windows Live Mail isn't particularly good. I would recommend Outlook.
Might be worth checking the anti-virus software on the laptop. Sometimes
this can interfere. Perhaps temporarily disable it and see if the issue
goes away.
