A complaint I hear a lot from the Recruitment Business Owners who reach out

“Marketing Doesn’t work”...

The problem for most Recruiters is that the vast majority of marketing that 
they do ONLY promotes using a Recruitment/Search Business but does not 
promote using THEIR Recruitment/Search Business…

Everything they say and do to promote their business is essentially the same 
thing done in the same way as every other Recruitment and Search Business 
Owner… So they have nothing to separate themselves from the crowd…

It’s always…

“We have X years of experience” … You and everyone else.

“We have an exceptional service”… As if this isn’t the bare minimum.

“We understand the industry”... Yep.. And so does everyone else

Bla, Bla, Bla…

NOTHING about this separates you from the noise!

So when your clients think of Recruitment/Search, they’re not thinking of 
your business in isolation; they think of you and every other 
Recruitment/Search Business who has said the exact same thing…

The goal of your marketing should be that you’re the only Recruiter your 
clients think of when they need their problems solved…
