Hi Jonathon,
Hope you are well. As you know you recently helped with the selling of our
building. We decided to take it off the market for various reasons. Thanks
for all your help and sorry about that.
Can you get the keys back to us as we only have one set for the upstairs.
We also paid for an EPC which I've not seen any certifications or reports
on. Can you please forward this on to us as we'd like to assess what we
need to do to bring the building up to scratch.
Obviously if we decide to sell in future we will come to you first,
