Hi Bob - Attempted to reach out a few times in the last couple of weeks.

We see the following issues across most recruitment businesses:

1.	Consultants bogged down with repetitive admin. Resulting in less time for 
revenue generating activities.
2.	Spending money on sub-optimal systems.
3.	Lack of technical resources at board level
