Hi Mark,
I tried to contact you today but had no answer.
You have recently applied for a Managers role that I am currently
advertising.
The role is based in Manccetter working for a company that work within the
civil canals network.
Based at the Manccetter site and reporting to the director.
There main business is Boat and plant hire very much like a haulage firm.
The company director is looking for a right hand man t o assist him with
the running of the company as its now to big for him to run alone. He
needs someone reliable to work a s a general manager / ops manager.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience. They will be looking to
interview asap.
General duties will include:
Overseeing and understanding the product and plant. Knowing how everything
fits together.
Managing deliveries & collections of all products and plant equipment.
Liaising with delivery team and workshop to ensure products are ready to
go whilst liaison with the clients
Booking and dealing with transport issues
Utilising the company software to ensure all products are up to date.
Collating quotes to input into the company software with other office
staff
Liaising with other office staff to ensure all admission forms and
paperwork are collated and issued correctly.
The Manager will be Looking after a small but hardworking team and based
at the newly purpose-built Warwickshire offices, the manager will be
responsible for the management of the entire production system delivering
products and services which will cover: supplies, warehouse, logistics,
transport, supply chain and ensuring that day to day customer needs are
met.
The company is very successful within the arena with which they work and
is growing daily.
