RE: Important Update for Holiday Home Owners



Dear owner,

We are pleased to share some updates about how we are improving the services 
and support available to you as a valued holiday home owner. These changes 
are based on your feedback, ensuring we continue to deliver the best 
possible experience while adapting to the ongoing economic climate and 
recent government budget announcements and therefore a reorganisation of the 
Sales, Administration and Reception Team.



The changes have resulted in a small number of redundancies on park. Whilst 
this is always a difficult decision involving valued team members, it has 
been necessary to ensure we can continue to offer the range of services you 
value. Rest assured that these team members will continue to have access to 
support as the process concludes.



From 10th February, we are introducing a new Guest & Owner Experience Team, 
created specifically to look after all your needs. This dedicated team will 
be your one point of contact for:

*	Aftersales and repair jobs
*	Queries about sublets, rewards, and owner events
*	General assistance and support during your time on the park
*	Account enquiries, ie utility bills, pitch fees, invoices etc.



This change ensures that your experience with us is seamless, efficient, and 
tailored to your needs. This team will also look after holidaymakers to 
provide consistent, high-quality support across the park. You will be able 
to find them at main park Reception.



The team will be led by Samantha Dewar, joining from Bashley by Hoburne as 
Guest & Owner Experience Manager, and Kimberley Eliott as Guest & Owner 
Experience Supervisor. Here to look after you are also Rebecca New, Clare 
Boulton, Ellie Mansfield, Debbie Gorman, Amy Farmer and Louise and Laurence 
Moses. You may see Bethany Conyers from time to time, she has been given the 
opportunity to move to Hoburne Park in the Guest & Owner Experience Manager 
role.



Feel free to extend your well wishes to them. The team is very excited to be 
looking after you and making the duration of your ownership as smooth as 
possible with the aim for you to enjoy more of your holidays with us.



Transition Period

To make this a smooth process, we will enter an approximately 10-week 
transition phase from 10th February, during which:

*	The new team will undergo training and upskilling to serve you better.
*	This includes the implementation of an improved aftersales process.
*	We will also transition to a new operating system, including the launch of 
a brand-new owner’s app in the first half of the year.




The first couple of weeks, will appear unsettled due to the changes only 
just confirmed to team and them preparing for half term. Thank you for your 
support especially in these first two weeks

For any current aftersales or older jobs, rest assured we will reach out to 
you directly. However, please note that responses may take longer during the 
transition period.



Once the new owner portal app is live, we will invite you to an onboarding 
session where you’ll meet the team and learn how to make the most of its 
features.

Sales Team Update




With the new Guest & Owner Experience Team providing dedicated support for 
your whole Hoburne experience, our sales team will move to become a ‘back 
office’ function, focusing on supporting both new customers and those of you 
considering part exchanging your holiday home – essentially all 
sales-related enquiries.



Often, owner requests into the sales office require co-ordination of on park 
teams so this move will see a much more efficient service with greater hours 
of availability. As part of this change, the physical sales offices will be 
closing with reception acting as to ‘go to’ point for all your needs.



Rest assured, your favourite members of the sales team will still be present 
on park, attending owner events and available to meet with you personally.




We are confident that these changes, shaped by your input, will enhance your 
experience and ensure that all your needs are met with greater efficiency 
and care.

excited about this new chapter and look forward to continuing to provide you 
with exceptional service.
