Hi Clare,
Just to make sure you are ok with the new rate.
To account for the temp pay rise after 12 weeks the new pay rate will be
�13.87 per hour with a new charge rate of �20.35.
New starters will remain on �13.33 with a �19.46 charge until 12 weeks
have been completed.
Time and a half will be new rate *1.5 appropriately for Overtime after 38
hours. I will check this with you as the guys have been working quite a
bit of overtime at present.
When you are ready to take any of the guys permanent. Let me know the
dates. And they can automatically switch over.

Yes we offer the standard work based enrolment pension after 3 months. we
have to put in 3% contribution. Sarah opted out when she was working for
you. I�ll have to re-calculate for the extra holiday and rate rise for
�13.87

Thank you for checking! Yes, I can confirm they have worked those hours.
In the circumstances Bob we only need to ensure they receive the same
salary. New starters do not receive a pension for 12 months. They are
enrolled into a stakeholder pension however which I assume you offer? What
did you do with Sarah? Our holidays are 26 days a year. The rate is �13.87
per hour
We are considering permanent jobs but this will not be finalised until
next month.

Kim has recently sent through Marek Noga�s hours. You did ask me to check
with you before paying out on Overtime. He has worked 60 hours last week
along with David Griffiths and Ryan Blackwell working over 40. Is it ok to
pay and invoice for this?
On another note some of your guys have been working for 12 weeks now and
have asked about AWR rights to be on the same as other workers doing the
same job and receiving Thwaites equivalent holiday and pension. Our hands
are tide on this as you will be aware and we have to follow government
ruling, Apparently your permanent workers are on �13.85 doing the same job
and we are paying �13.33. Not sure on your current holidays but we will
have to pay the equivalent factoring in extra costs.
Current Workers:
Ryan Blackwell 12 weeks
David Griffiths 12 weeks
Marek Naga 9 weeks,
Not sure how you are looking to proceed. If you are looking at taking them
on perm or not Can you let me know what you want to do either way. I�ll
try and keep cost down as low as I can.
