As per our recent telephone conversation, please see attached time sheet
for last week.

As per my timesheet I actually worked 13 hours and only booked 3 hour off
on Wednesday, yet having just opened my email from Bob, I have only been
paid holiday pay of �39 for the Wednesday.

Could you please arrange payment as a matter of urgency, as I have bills
due out today.
