Apologies for the confusion earlier. I was unsure where you were calling
from and did not wish to give away information without clarification.
Thank you for sending me this. I've checked the settings on the Router and
there doesn't seem to be a setting for SIP ALG.
Can you advise or call to discuss.
Router model number is:
5G EE Model QTAD52E
It is quite urgent as I must send the Router back asap if it does not
work.
