Hi Ryan,
Your holidays are based on a % accrual of the hours that you work with a
maximum of 38 hours. So in essence you develop a holiday pot which is yours
whenever you want it remembering that if you take the accrual always try and
leave something in for holidays, xmas and bank holidays etc.
You currently have £257.53 in in your pot. You earn approximately £60 per
week. Therefor if you work another 4 weeks at 38 hours, you will have
another £240. Giving you about £497 in total in your accrual, Not quite
enough for a full weeks holiday
Another weeks accrual, you would have enough. I’ll pay out what ever you
have in your kitty at the time. It will be close enough.
If it’s the shut down we will just pay your holiday automatically for you.
If you have a day off in a week just put holiday on your timesheet.
Hopefully if you are still there xmas you will have built enough up or if
you are taken on perm you can have anything in your pot.

never get a reply.
How do the holidays work with yourselves and thwaites? Like how many do I
have now and how many will I have come the end of the month for the week
shut down? & also will I have to book the shutdown off with you or is it
automatic.
