We’ve entered a new era in the Recruitment Industry. The landscape is
changing rapidly, the industry is in a very different place from where it
was even just a year ago. And the changes won’t stop there. Every couple of
years the landscape enters a new cycle. New Recruiters enter the market, and

Charles Darwin was once quoted as saying:

I have since seen a few articles claiming that this is a misquote so whether

those words himself or not is irrelevant. I still think it's a very valid
statement and relates to the way that the Recruitment industry has been
moving for years.
The fact of the matter is... In order for you to survive and THRIVE in this
industry, you must be responsive to change! I've seen more than once, some
of the strongest, intelligent and skilled Recruitment and Search Business
Owners struggle for business. Simply because they fail to adapt. No other
reason.
You can only get away with running, promoting and marketing your Recruitment
or Search business the OLD way for so long. Eventually, you'll see your
results decline...
