Your holiday entitlement is 2.9 days per month based on a 36 hour week ratio
You currently have £962 in your accrual which relates to just over 10 days 
holiday.
If you work up to xmas  at 36 hours per week you will approximately have 
11.6. We do like you to take these as holiday but anything left over will be 
paid back to you in the first week of the new year,.
