Your new rate has not been fully administered yet by MSX I’m trying to push
it through but we still have not had the ok. Hopefully this will be done
over the next week. It is not Sarah Harvey holding this up. I will pay the
difference on your invoices that I have received when this has cleared.
As for your invoices and timesheets. I’ve tried to accommodate for the fact
that you send them regularly late of which I should not pay until they are
received including this week which I still have not received. We also should
not pay you until your timesheets have been approved by your manager but I
have paid you in the past when they are not approved in good faith. We are
under direction by MSX not to pay these. I also as previously mentioned have
regular audits by HMRC who would question where your invoices are when we’ve
paid you.
You currently have 3 weeks owing back pay of £404.80. I have not received an
invoice for this week and the cut off for wages has passed so this will now
be paid next week.

Hi Robert - what system are you referring too? And why has it taken so long.
Before you process any payment can you confirm when the system will be
updated. I would prefer to keep things simple and have the payments
processed as per the invoices.

These have now been approved.
I can’t make new rate payment until it has been changed on the system but
will make old rate payment and will make up the difference when the rate has
been put on the system.
