No service between Paddington and Abbey Wood/Stratford until 10:00
Use Tube services or local bus routes. This is due to maintenance work.
Trains will not stop at Acton Main Line, Hanwell and West Ealing until 10:00
Use local bus routes to complete your journey. This is due to Network Rail
maintenance work.
DLR
Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 June
No service between Prince Regent and Beckton
Use local bus routes. Rail replacement buses will run between Prince Regent
and Gallions Reach via Beckton. This is due to depot upgrade works to
prepare for new trains.
Until spring 2026
Cutty Sark station is closed
Use nearby Greenwich station for DLR and national rail services, or local
bus routes. Greenwich station is 650 metres away via Greenwich Church Street
and Greenwich High Road, or customers can use local bus route 199. Greenwich
Pier is also a short walk away from Cutty Sark station, for access to river
services.
This is due to escalator replacement work.
Since the Silvertown Tunnel's opening on Monday 7 April, customers using pay
as you go for DLR journeys between Island Gardens and Cutty Sark/Greenwich
will have their journeys refunded for at least a year. Customers must touch
in and out at the station as usual, and the fare for the journey will be
taken as normal. A refund will then be issued to customers' cards within 14

Buses and roads
Bus journeys will be affected by the following changes over the weekend. We
expect to run a good service, but buses may be delayed, diverted or stop
short of their normal destination.
Thursday 26 and Saturday 28 June
Wembley Stadium
From 17:00 until 22:30 each night, Wembley Stadium will host a music event.
Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected before and after each
event, with local road closures in place around the stadium.
Friday 27 June
Tower Bridge
From 05:00 until 06:00, Tower Bridge will be closed to traffic for filming.
The footway will be closed on the west side and open on the east side.
Central London
From 15:00 until 18:00, a procession will take place from Soho Square to
Somerset House via Earlham Street and Covent Garden. Short traffic holds
will be in place at Cambridge Circus and The Strand/Aldwych to allow the
procession to cross the road. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are
expected.
King's Cross
From 17:00 until 21:00, a music event will take place in the King's Cross
area, outside King's Cross station. Large crowds are expected.
Friday 27 until Sunday 29 June
Hyde Park
From 13:00 until 22:30 each day, Hyde Park will host a music festival. Large
crowds and increased traffic levels are expected.
Saturday 28 June
Central London
From 08:00 until 17:30, a charity walk will start at Trinity Square Gardens
and cross over 13 London bridges before finishing at Eel Brook Common, New
Kings Road. Large crowds are expected.
From 12:00 until 21:00, a cultural event will take place at Trafalgar
Square. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected.
Mitcham
From 11:00 until 11:45, a parade will take place from St Marks Road to East
Lawn via London Road and Upper Green East. Traffic holds will be in place
along the route. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected.
O2 Arena
From 18:30 until 22:30, the O2 Arena will host a music event. Large crowds
and increased traffic levels are expected before and after each event.
London Stadium
From 17:00 until 22:30, London Stadium will host a music event. Large crowds
and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the match, with
local road closures in place around the stadium.
Sunday 29 June
The Oval
From 18:00 until 21:45, The Oval will host a cricket match, with start of
play at 18:45. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected.
Crystal Palace Park
From 14:00 until 22:00, Crystal Palace Park will host a music event. Large
crowds and increased traffic levels are expected.
Until September 2025
Gallows Corner
Gallows Corner junction is fully closed to all vehicle traffic, except
emergency services, black cabs and TfL buses, while works are undertaken to
renew and strengthen the flyover.
Roads in the local area and in the wider vicinity are very busy. Disruption
to vehicular journeys should be expected for the duration of the closure.
For local journeys through the area, consider taking the bus rather than
your private vehicle for a more direct journey to your destination.
For longer distance journeys that are non-stopping in the Gallows Corner
area, use the M25 for the M11 or A13 to complete your journey.
Plan ahead, leave more time for your journey, travel outside of peak times
when possible and check before you travel

Sunday 29 and Monday 30 June until early August
A40 Westway
From 00:01 on Sunday 29 until 05:00 on Monday 30 June, the A40 Westway will
be closed westbound from the Marylebone Flyover to the Westway Roundabout.
This is while we carry out critical safety improvements.
Following the end of these works on the A40, from 22:00 on Monday 30 June
until early August, a section of the A404 Harrow Road will be closed
westbound between Bishops Bridge Road and Westbourne Bridge. The diversion
route will be clearly signed. This is to remove the scaffolding tower
beneath the Westway structure.

Pier is also a short walk away from Cutty Sark station, for access to =
river services. <br>

This is due to escalator replacement work. <br>

Since the Silvertown Tunnel's opening on Monday 7 April, =
customers using pay as you go for DLR journeys between Island Gardens =
and Cutty Sark/Greenwich will have their journeys refunded for at least =
a year. Customers must touch in and out at the station as usual, and the =
fare for the journey will be taken as normal. A refund will then be =
issued to customers' cards within 14 days of completing the journey. For =

very busy. Disruption to vehicular journeys should be expected for the =
duration of the closure.<br>

For local journeys through the area, consider taking the =
bus rather than your private vehicle for a more direct journey to your =
destination.<br>

For longer distance journeys that are non-stopping in =
the Gallows Corner area, use the M25 for the M11 or A13 to complete your =
