As you no longer work for us, There is a cost involved to administer your
payroll which involves re-instating you onto our system, re-instating your
bank details and liaison with HMRC along with issuing a payslip and p45
which is all at extra cost to us which we receive no extra payments from
the client for this service. Therefor it has been part of our internal
policy to issue an administration fee of 1% for this extra work which
covers our time and costs for this service.
